Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer , You are entitled to a full refund minus any charges Card/Bank may make for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5. Please note that in case of «No show» the booking is non-refundable. Also cancellation credit cannot be moved between bookings. If you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking via email, no refund will be made. Cancellations by phone call cannot be accepted.

COVID-19 Measures & Precautions

We continue to provide our professional transport services, with additional measures in place to ensure you get to your destination safely.

We advise our Passengers take the following precautions when traveling with us in relation to COVID-19.Our advice is based on the latest Greek Government COVID-19 guidance for the transport sector.

We advise you not to travel with us if you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting symptoms of coronavirus (Covid-19)

We require the use of face masks whilst traveling.

Our Drivers are instructed to sanitize all commonly-touched surfaces of their vehicles between journeys.

Use tissues to catch coughs and sneezes and dispose of them safely after exiting the vehicle.

Maintain physical distance, not shaking hands with the driver or sitting next to them where there is available seating in the back.

Use hand sanitizer when appropriate and avoid touching your face.
